We were commissioned by the architecture firm to produce this publication presenting the St. Regis Cap Cana development for the Caribbean Property Awards 2025, a construction and design competition held in London, England.
It offers a comprehensive look at the entire design and implementation process —covering architecture, interiors, and construction— while detailing each space and the concept behind it. Notably, the project was awarded a prize by the jury.
